General Conditions

1.1 To register, the candidate must provide the school  with a registration form, an ID photo, a resume, a letter stating why interested in B.English.
1.2 By registration at B.English, all students have to respect the Academic Policy and Conditions.
1.3 The Candidate is considered registered at B.English once the signed registration form is sent to them. This form is sent to the student after B.English receives the full valid documents and conditions.
1.4 After the registration is completed, any change or transfer in terms of Academy or course is considered the student's responsibility; extra payment fees are applied.

Exemptions and Articulated Credits

1.1 The candidate has the right to ask to be exempt from certain courses if there are valid documents stating that they had studied the same courses previously at B.English, or at any other institution.
1.2 In order to get an exemption, a candidate must fill an Exemption Request Form.

 

Study Time
1.1 Students are free to assign personal study hours without being confined.
1.2 When registering, the student must fill in approximate study hours. The personal tutor has to agree to the pace of study in order to complete the study process in a reasonable, suitable time frame.
1.3 It is important for students to attain a device with adequate instalments which support attached study files.

Tuition Fees

1.1 B.English accepts all currencies, and the submission of the fees is conducted  via Tranzilla.
1.2 Study program fees which must be pre-paid online all at once.
1.3 There are no additional required fees for the services and communications with the tutor or lecturers.
1.4 Taxes are not included in the tuition fees.

Cancellation and Reimbursement

1.1 In the case the student decides cancelling his registration, he will be responsible for the payment of tuition fees related to all received courses and/or the time where registration was active
Training ,Zoom Sessions and Facebook Group
1.1 B.English will automatically close a student file when the training comes to an end, once the student finishes the course

1.2 B.English will stop the student Facebook group subscription once the student finishes the course unless the student asks for renewing his Facebook subscription. The student will need to contact B.English for reactivating his subscription. This process will involve extra fees 
1.2 B.English can also close a file when the student cannot be active for a long period of time, even with specific and justified reasons independent from his good will. The student will then need to contact the academy for reactivating his file in order to resume his studies. This process will involve administrative fees.
1.3 Review Training Cancellation.

Cancellation Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is a top priority at B.English. Our services are guaranteed. However, if you are not satisfied with our service, you can opt to cancel our service and we will arrange a refund for you. You must attach the proof of purchase from the date on which you paid for the course. 

1. An applicant who is rejected by the academy is entitled to a refund of all fees paid.

2. An applicant who sends a cancelation letter to the academy within one week of executing the enrolment agreement, excluding holidays, is entitled to a refund of fees.

3. A refund will be invalid if we notice an attempt to disable, override, interfere or circumvent with any security component embedded in the website.

4.We will not offer a refund if we realize you submitted false information when registering.

Withdrawal Procedure:

1. A student who wishes to withdraw from a program, has to send a letter to the director of the school, stating the date of withdrawal, as in the last day of attendance.

2. A student with special circumstances compelling him to withdraw for a period of time, has to send a letter to the director of the academy, stating blatantly the reasons for the absence, the period of absence and the exact dates.
2.5.A student who has issues with utilizing other components (e.g. compulsory software) that comes with the course. (Proof needed)
• We will not offer a refund if you change your mind for none of the reason stated in this policy.  

3. All refunds of withdrawal procedure must be submitted within 50 days of the withdrawal date.

Notice For Students

1. Make sure you understand the enrolment agreement and the Academic Policy.
2. You are entitled to a copy of this agreement and any disclosure pages you signed.

3. The academy has the right to terminate a student study process, in case of unsatisfactory progress, non paid tuition or failure to conform by the standard rules of the academy.

4. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the student and the academy, and is a legally binding implement.

Student Acknowledgements

  • I understand that I am officially a student at B.English
  • I will abide by the policies and rules of B.English
  • I understand B.English does not guarantee any vocations for me after program completion of graduation.
  • My signature below signifies that I have read and fully understand the aspects of this agreement, and the legal approaches regarding this contract.
  • MODIFICATION OF THESE TERMS OF USE:
  • B.English reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which the B.English Web Site is offered, including but not limited to the charges associated with admission to the B.English and participation in B.English educational programs.

·Tuitions

  • Prices Are Included next to each course, including all taxes.

·Tuition Fees

  • Include all the fees relating to the course or study program, including course materials,  diploma(s) or certification(s). There are no additional fees for tutorial services. The Tuitions of B.English are the most affordable tuitions in the world.

·Preface

  • This Privacy Policy is intended for those accessing or using the Safecharge Limited (“we” or “us”) services as these are related to “GATE2SHOP” and “G2S” products and services (jointly our services herein will be referred to as: “GATE2SHOP”) and describes and explains how we treat information that is received and/or collected, when received or collected, through the access or use of GATE2SHOP. We take the protection of private data seriously. Special attention is paid to privacy in the processing of personal data and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

·Accessing or using GATE2SHOP

  • By accessing or using GATE2SHOP you consent to and agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and use of information in the manner set out in this Privacy Policy.
  • IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY, PLEASE STOP ACCESS OR USE OF GATE2SHOP IMMEDIATELY AND REFRAIN FROM ACCESS OR USE IN THE FUTURE.

  • Some of our products and services require registration in which case you may need to provide additional information including certain personal information and this Privacy Policy shall apply subject to the terms, conditions and privacy guidelines specific to such products and services, where available.

·Information we retain

  • We respect your right to privacy. Unless specifically indicated, you can access our websites without disclosing your identity and you do not have to provide us with any personal information (i.e. information that can be used to gain knowledge of the identity such as your real full name, address and telephone number).
  • In association with the access to our webpages, certain data (for example IP-address, date, time, internet browser details and viewed pages) is saved on our server. The statistic evaluation of anonymous data sets remains reserved.
  • We may offer you the opportunity to subscribe to receive certain updates, marketing materials etc. You may choose to ‘unsubscribe’ at any time.
  • When you sign up, subscribe, fill out a form, comment, send us an e-mail or ask us to respond to you or communicate with us (“Communication”), we retain your contact details if provided and the information relevant to the respective Communication as well as our responses to such Communication.   • We may share and/or transfer information including personal data internally within our departments as well as with government bodies and law enforcement agencies (where lawfully instructed or required), successors in title to the respective business (i.e. if we become involved in any form of merger or acquisition) and to affiliates, partners or suppliers we engage (e.g. to process data on our behalf).   • We may share non-personal data (unless specifically indicated otherwise) with third parties, such as trusted suppliers, business partners, advertisers and search engines.
  • In relation to the information we receive as part of a Communication we may use it to acknowledge your comments and/or reply to your questions and we may store it in case we need to correspond at a later date. We will not use the contact details you provide us for marketing messages without your prior consent.

·Children

  • GATE2SHOP are offered and provided for business only. For the avoidance of doubt, persons under 18 years of age should not transfer personal data to us without the agreement of the parents or legal guardians. We do not request personal data from children, do not collect it and do not forward it to third parties.

·Internet-Based Transfers

  • Given that the Internet is a global environment, using the Internet to collect and process personal data necessarily involves the transmission of data on an international basis. Therefore by using GATE2SHOP, browsing the website and communicating electronically with us, you acknowledge and agree to our processing of personal data this way.

  • GATE2SHOP may contain third party offers, products and services and links to other websites. By choosing these, you will be leaving GATE2SHOP and receiving/using products and services from third parties or transferred to online processors or merchants or other third party sites, all of which are not under our control and are not monitored or reviewed by us.
  • Inclusion of a link to third party website, product or service is for your convenience only and such inclusion does not imply affiliation, endorsement or adoption by us. Third party products, services or sites may contain information or material that is illegal, unreasonable or that some people may find inappropriate or offensive. If we share information with these third parties we shall do so in compliance with our Privacy Policy.
  • You acknowledge that we assume no responsibility or liability whatsoever for such third party products or services or for the content or privacy practices of those third parties, and that these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy do not apply to the third party products, services or websites or to information collected by such third parties.

·Right to rescission; questions and comments
